About Planning, a specialised consultancy providing expert guidance in town planning, urban design, and development, recognised the importance of a robust visual identity to support their operations and streamline the communication of complex information.
Their brand needed to facilitate the smooth flow of information without unnecessary complications, ensuring clarity and efficiency in their interactions with clients.
Project Objective
The objective of this project was to create a visual identity for About Planning that would effectively support the presentation of complex information and simplify their operations. The brand needed to embody professionalism and expertise while facilitating clear and concise communication, ultimately enhancing the overall client experience.
Design Strategy
In response to About Planning's needs, we adopted a strategic approach focused on simplicity and clarity. The design of the logo and brand elements prioritised functionality, ensuring that they complemented the consultancy's operations and facilitated the communication process. By incorporating elements that symbolised direction and guidance, such as the arrow-shaped 'A' in the logo, we reinforced About Planning's commitment to providing expert advice and navigating complex planning issues. Additionally, the use of a clean and minimalistic design aesthetic, paired with a carefully chosen colour palette, contributed to a cohesive and professional brand image.
