East Neuk Salt Co., nestled in the historic coastal town of St Monans, Fife, entrusted me with the task of redesigning their packaging to reflect their commitment to sustainability and cater to the upscale, eco-conscious market.
With a focus on accommodating new flavours and transitioning to eco-friendly materials, the project aimed to enhance the brand's appeal while maintaining consistency and versatility across product lines.
Project Objective
The objective of this project was to redesign the packaging for East Neuk Salt Co. to accommodate new product flavours and incorporate eco-friendly materials. In line with the company's mission to embrace sustainability and cater to the growing demand for environmentally conscious products, the goal was to create a versatile product label that could adapt to different product lines while retaining a high-end aesthetic.
Design Strategy
To meet East Neuk Salt Co.'s objectives, we restructured the existing brand identity to develop a distinctive product label that could seamlessly transition across various product lines. Introducing a flexible photographic texture set and expanding the colour palette allowed for greater versatility and brand consistency, enhancing the visual appeal of their high-end products. By prioritising sustainability and maintaining a focus on upscale aesthetics, we successfully crafted packaging that not only aligned with the company's values but also appealed to the eco-conscious consumer market.
