I created the brand identity and logo redesign for McDowell Machining Technologies, the UK's market leader in machining technologies.

Recognising that their existing brand no longer aligned with their progressive business approach, I developed a dynamic logo as the cornerstone of the new brand identity. Emphasising precision, the brand collateral was meticulously crafted using premium materials to ensure the highest quality possible.

As a prominent market leader in machining technologies, McDowell Machining Technologies felt that their existing brand no longer resonated with their evolving business approach. They approached me to redesign their visual brand language to better reflect their innovative and forward-thinking ethos.

Design Strategy

To address McDowell's objectives, I created a dynamic logo that serves as the central element of the brand. This logo was designed to be adaptable, providing a flexible framework that enables McDowell to align effortlessly with various machining product branding. The brand collateral was executed with a keen focus on precision and utilised high-quality materials to convey the company's commitment to excellence and innovation.

McDowell created a machining technology concept to deliver as part of their tendered proposals. The concept was innovative within the sector so required in-depth visual collateral to communicate the concept clearly. I created a fully realised sub-brand to sit alongside the primary McDowell brand so they could offer maximum clarity when creating business proposals.
